Sarah Ashbridge's ghost has frequently been reported floating above the waves at Kew Beach, but that's too far east, if we are to believe Dr Farnstein's report about the locus of paranormal activity. It's just the name of the street... those are long and lat coordinates and the street number must be 84. Lord knows there are lots of peculiar goings on at that address...
